Location: Local (need to be in commutable distance) but with Hybrid flexibility

Compensation: Commission-Based | $50 to $4,000 per Qualified Lead

Are you a motivated communicator with a passion for clean energy and high earning potential?
We’re looking for Solar Appointment Setters to join our fast-growing team! As an Appointment Setter, your job is to connect with homeowners, educate them about the benefits of solar, and schedule appointments for our solar consultants.
You’ll be compensated per qualified lead, with earnings ranging from $50 up to $4,000 based on lead quality and project size.

Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential customers via phone, door-to-door, or digital outreach
• Qualify leads based on homeowner interest and property compatibility
• Schedule appointments for our solar sales consultants
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working independently or in a team
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn about solar energy solutions and the industry
