Job summary

Current Home is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our Southern California-based solar energy team. This full-time role offers a blend of remote work with occasional in-office time and a path to grow within the company.

You will support inbound and outbound calls, set appointments, and promote our products while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional customer service and meet goals.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate.
• Reliable internet and a dedicated home workspace.
• Able to detach from personal life for 8 hrs a day / 40 hrs a week while WFH.
• Ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled.
• Strong de-escalation skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to rapidly evolving business processes.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound telemarketing; Set and Confirm Appointments; Provide over the phone customer service while marketing our product with the goal of obtaining a time and date for a sales rep to go out and meet with potential clients face to face.
• Act as a connection with Sales, Marketing and Operations. They must have a high attention to detail and be resilient when faced with challenges and setbacks.
• Goal is to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction; be flexible and proactive in addressing opportunities.

This year Current Home is expanding even more and we are excited to add a new Contact Center Representative. This position is full-time with working remote and some office time.

As a part of the Current Home team, you will become part of our tight-knit organization of industry professionals, many of whom have been working together for 10+ years. You will also be encouraged to collaborate with managers, operations, and high-level executive members, in order to achieve not only company goals, but your personal career goals.
