Qualifications

• ICC Soils Special Inspector certification.
• CPN Radiation Safety certification.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification.
• 2 years of soils and concrete testing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Confirm recommendations of the geotechnical engineer and interpret geotechnical reports.
• Read and understand plans and specifications for field work.
• Ensure compliance with grading ordinances and building codes.
• Maintain up-to-date records and organize field files daily.
• Perform in-place density tests and document results.
• Write daily field reports and communicate findings to the project manager.
