Job Overview

We are hiring 1st and 2nd shift full-time Soil Sorters for our healthcare linen facility in Ravenna, OH. Soil Sort team members work hands‑on sorting soiled linen on a fast‑moving conveyor belt. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting and tossing linen, repetitive motion, and wearing required PPE while working in an active production environment.

Schedule

• 8 hour shifts, 5 days per week with rotating scheduled day off
• 1st shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• 2nd shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Physical Requirements

• Stand for the full shift
• Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand motions
• Work in a production environment with soiled linen
