Job summary

NOVO Health Services is hiring a full-time Soil Sorter for our Ravenna, OH linen facility. You will sort soiled linen on a fast-moving conveyor belt, standing for long periods, and wearing required PPE in a production environment.

Shift options: 1st shift 4am–12:30pm or 2nd shift 12:30pm–9pm, 8-hour shifts, five days per week with a rotating day off. We offer competitive pay and a robust benefits package including 401(k) with employer match, FSA/HSA, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Novo Health Services is hiring 1s and 2nd shift full-time Soil Sorters for our healthcare linen facility in Ravenna, OH.

Soil Sort team members work hands-on sorting soiled linen on a fast-moving conveyor belt. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting and tossing linen, repetitive motion, and wearing required PPE while working in an active production environment.

Schedule:

8 hour shifts

5 days per week with a rotating scheduled day off

1st And 2nd Shift Available:

• 1st shift works 4am-12:30pm
• 2nd shift works 12:30pm-9pm

Physical Requirements:

Stand for the full shift

Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand motions

Work in a production environment with soiled linen

Qualifications:

• No experience required - training provided
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable attendance
