Job summary

Leap is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager for our SoHo boutique, powered by the Leap Platform. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead sales, service, and daily operations in a premium, consultative selling environment.

You will coach and develop the team, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while representing the brand in the local community and supporting market initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience in boutique, premium, specialty, or customer-focused retail environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive business performance with the Store Manager to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with personalized service and product expertise.
• Develop and inspire the team through coaching, onboarding, and ongoing feedback.
• Build brand presence through local partnerships, events, and in-store activations.
• Lead operational excellence including merchandising, inventory, scheduling and compliance.
