We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Validation Test Lead to spearhead testing initiatives and mentor fellow engineers within our Patriot Software Team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. In this role, you will not only design, implement, and execute tests, but also take on critical leadership responsibilities such as test planning, guiding the team, leading improvements, and reporting on progress. You will collaborate closely with software developers, system architects, and product leads to ensure our solutions align with customer requirements. Patriot is the world’s pre-eminent air defense system, and we are currently developing software in support of new system capabilities. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
