Job summary

NS2 Mission in the Northern VA area seeks an experienced Software Tester to ensure quality of mission-critical applications for the Intelligence Community, with responsibilities across the full SDLC and collaboration with developers.

A TS/SCI clearance with FSP is required or preferred; U.S. citizenship is often required. The role offers flexible working models and opportunities to contribute to system releases and UAT activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Experience performing software testing in a structured environment.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to create and execute test plans and document results.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Participate in design and requirements reviews.
