Title: Software Tester II

Overview:
We are seeking a highly detailed-oriented Software Tester II to join our software development team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software products meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other members of the software development team to identify and address issues and defects in software products.
- Collect and analyze test results and provide regular reports to the development team and management to ensure visibility into the state of software quality.
- Participate in test automation efforts and identify opportunities for test automation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of software testing.
- Document and communicate software defects and issues to the development team and help to prioritize defect resolution efforts.
- Continuously assess and improve the software testing process to ensure the highest possible quality of software products.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience with agile development processes and methodologies.
