Essential Functions

• Plans, conducts, and monitors quality assurance testing for a wide range of internal and external product.
• Supports new product or process development projects including but not limited to test method development.
• Performs validation testing and interprets results for reporting.
• Maintains detailed logs of ongoing trials and tests in order to maintain and improve current test processes and quality.
• Analyzes results of testing; determines acceptability of results against pre-determined criteria.
• Tracks and reports details of pass or unpassable results.
• Investigates and troubleshoots errors or discrepancies in order to uncover determining factor of issue. Relay details of investigation to management and appropriate department.
• Identifies information gaps and builds on existing documentation to create sound solutions.
• Recommends software or dental process improvement and fixtures to advance test capabilities.
• Communicates results and recommendations to management.

• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of dental production experience.
