Software Test Engineer (TS/SCI with Poly)

We seek a Software Test Engineer to support our mission of delivering exceptional resources to federal agencies and the Intel Community.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test cases; create, execute, and document manual and automated tests.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to develop effective testing strategies.
  • Create automated testing frameworks and test harnesses.
  • Discover, report, and track testing defects.
  • Analyze test results and report performance, load, and other issues.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain acceptance, integration, and system tests.
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Perform continuous functional and regression testing.
Requirements
  • Experience designing, creating, and executing manual and automated testing solutions, including result analysis.
  • Experience testing in Windows and Linux/CentOS environments.
  • Knowledge of test management software (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, SoapUI).
  • Experience with web communication protocols (JSON, REST, SOAP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Groovy, Perl, Python, Ruby).
  • Experience creating and managing cron jobs.
  • Knowledge of JAVA, LDAP, PKI, version control systems (Git, SVN), and SQL.
  • Ability to work independently and in Agile teams, managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
