Job summary

RTX is seeking an onsite engineer in the United States (Point Mugu, CA) to review product designs and develop automated test software that integrates with the end product. You will interface with hardware, software, and systems teams while presenting technical information to peers and management.

Requirements include a STEM degree and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Relocation eligibility is offered and the role is anchored in a manufacturing/engineering environment at RTX.

Qualifications

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Hardware/software engineering, system integration, testing or other related experience
• Experience with NI Development Suite including LabVIEW, and TestStand
• Experience with C, C++, and C# programming languages
• Experience working with test equipment including power supplies, electronic loads, digital multi-meters, and oscilloscopes.
• Ability and willingness to coordinate with internal supervision and team leaders.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
