Job summary

RTX is seeking a qualified candidate to join our aerospace and defense team at Point Mugu. The role focuses on reviewing product designs, developing automated test software, and integrating test solutions with end products in collaboration with hardware, software, and systems teams.

The candidate will present technical information to peers and management, and document test solutions through formal drawings and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Knowledge or experience writing software and debugging code.
• Must have or be capable of obtaining a US DoD security clearance.

What You Will Do

Qualifications We Prefer

• Hardware/software engineering, system integration, testing or other related experience

• Experience working with test equipment including power supplies, electronic loads, digital multi-meters, and oscilloscopes.
• Ability and willingness to coordinate with internal supervision and team leaders.

This position is classified as: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
