• Report defects with clear reproduction steps, expected results, and evidence.
• Verify fixes and assess related areas for regression risk.
• Test APIs and web workflows across supported environments.
• Collaborate with developers to investigate failures and improve testability.
• Add or maintain basic automated tests and quality checks in delivery workflows.
