Cinteot in Herndon, VA is seeking a Full Time Software Test Engineer. You will collaborate with a team of 3-5 developers to design and execute test plans for mission-critical software used around the world.

The role focuses on software quality, testing practices, and preparing robust documentation. The successful candidate will have knowledge of software development practices and database structures, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to automated testing efforts to improve product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science/tech disciplines.
• US citizen; ability to obtain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in the development of automated testing solutions.
