Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a Software Test Coordinator focused on AML compliance to plan and oversee testing across business and technical teams in a remote-capable role based in Phoenix, AZ. You will coordinate UAT, validate data with SQL, and build Power BI reports to track progress and quality metrics.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in software testing or QA coordination within financial services, strong communication, and a degree in IT, CS, business, or an equivalent field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Software Testing, QA Coordination, or Business Systems Analysis.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activities, schedules, and resources for software projects.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off.
• Partner with business and technical teams to validate system functionality and business requirements.
• Use SQL to analyze and validate test data, identify defects, and support troubleshooting efforts.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track testing progress, defect metrics, and project status.
• Support testing related to BSA/AML systems, regulatory requirements, and compliance initiatives.
• Document test plans, test cases, results, and testing outcomes.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.

Summary:

• The Software Test Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing software testing activities across business and technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications and system enhancements
• This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Quality Assurance teams, developers, and end users, with a strong focus on coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance initiatives, validating data through SQL queries, and leveraging Power BI for reporting and test metrics
• The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience within financial services or compliance-focused environments, and the ability to manage multiple testing efforts simultaneously while ensuring regulatory and business requirements are met
• This position is Remote
