Job summary

American Fidelity is offering an internship to support technical functions within a department. The role includes assisting with software development, testing, data analysis, reporting, and documentation, plus troubleshooting technical problems.

You will prepare and deliver reports and presentations for groups of various sizes. Collaborate with the manager and teammates, learn to analyze and document both business and technical processes, and apply strong communication and ethics in daily work.

Qualifications

• Open to internship starting Jan 2027 for up to 12 months
• Understanding of software development and AI basics
• Completed a software development course
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to learn and adapt quickly, especially technology
• Able to analyze and document both business and technical processes
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Knowledge of PC hardware and software
• Strong work ethic
