Cortina Solutions is seeking a Software Test Analyst to support testing, documentation, and quality management for Navy Medical Modeling and Simulation programs. The role requires a SECRET clearance and experience with software QA, test case execution, and quality systems in a structured SDLC.

Strong technical writing and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will work on government-site projects, ensure compliance with ISO9000/AS9100 and CMMI, and contribute to process

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Test Analyst to support testing, documentation, and quality management activities for Navy Medical Modeling and Simulation programs. This position combines software quality assurance, requirements verification, technical writing, audit support, and process improvement responsibilities within a structured software development environment. The successful candidate will help ensure software products meet established quality standards while developing clear and effective technical documentation for users, developers, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Technical Communications, or a related field.
• Active SECRET Clearance required
• Prior experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience developing and executing software test cases and test procedures.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO9000/AS9100 and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
• Experience using defect tracking and issue management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
