We have an immediate need for an onsite Senior Software Systems Quality Engineer (Compliance) to support Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS).
Programs LADS includes Global Patriot, Ghost-Eye / Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense, National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile, Multi-Function Radio Frequency Sensor, Stinger, Next Generation Short-Range Interceptor, TOW, Javelin, Excalibur, and Counter Unmanned Aerial systems.
Locations Software Quality collaborates with Engineering (Software, Systems, Integration/Test, Safety) and other Quality functions (Program Quality Leads, Hardware Quality). Activities occur ONSITE every week and every day (Monday through Friday). Daily activities occur primarily at 1151 East Hermans Road (main Tucson AZ site). Collaboration regularly occurs at 9030 S. Rita Road and 3350 E. Hemisphere Loop.
Within Quality & Mission Assurance, the Software Quality Engineering department performs classified activities in secure labs and unclassified activities in dedicated workspaces.
Focus Areas
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) Education and 5 years of Quality or Engineering experience. 5 years’ experience in a Quality or Technical role with a combination of applying principles across the following:

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
