We have an immediate need for an onsite Senior Software Systems Quality Engineer (Compliance) to support Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS).
LADS includes Global Patriot, Ghost-Eye / Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense, National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile, Multi-Function Radio Frequency Sensor, Stinger, Next Generation Short-Range Interceptor, TOW, Javelin, Excalibur, and Counter Unmanned Aerial systems.
Software Quality collaborates with Engineering (Software, Systems, Integration/Test, Safety) and other Quality functions (Program Quality Leads, Hardware Quality).
Activities occur ONSITE every week and every day (Monday through Friday).
Daily activities occur primarily at 1151 East Hermans Road (main Tucson AZ site).
Collaboration regularly occurs at 9030 S. Rita Road and 3350 E. Hemisphere Loop.
Within Quality & Mission Assurance, the Software Quality Engineering department performs classified activities in secure labs and unclassified activities in dedicated workspaces.
SWQE Tasks - Review of Document Deliverables (CDRL), Command Media (Policies), SW Release Packages (Windchill PDM, Azure DevOps), SW Requirements Changes, SW/System Defects, SW Pulls (Code Reviews), Media, and Test Artifacts. Participation in Peer Reviews (SW, SE), Control Boards (CCB, SRB), Tracking Books (Metrics), Test Witnessing (SQT, FQT), and Audits.
