Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in CS/IS or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of work experience in systems engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, tests and maintains operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Designs limited enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions of systems software.
• Analyzes design and determines coding, programming, and integration activities required based on objectives and guidelines.
• Executes and writes portions of testing plans and documentation; debugs issues with code and suggests improvements.
• Participates in concept design discussions and gathers system-level requirements to develop robust solutions.
• Improves the lifecycle of services from inception to deployment and refinement.
• Provides support services such as system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
• Collaborates with internal and outsourced partners to develop reliable, cost-effective solutions.
• Communicates status and issues with project teams and stakeholders.
• Develops conclusions, recommendations, and reports, sharing knowledge to foster a culture of learning.
