Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Software Support Representative to provide software and operational support across our practice applications. The role requires coordinating with the IT team and third-party partners to ensure smooth workflows.

Ideal candidates will have software support/training experience, a background in healthcare, and strong MS Office/medical software skills to troubleshoot issues and support revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Software support and training experience.
• Experience in the medical field.
• Must be detail oriented and able to troubleshoot software problems and/or questions.
• Computer skills with medical software and MS Office applications.
• Clear understanding of revenue cycle.
• Fundamental insurance carrier knowledge.

• Provide software and operational support for Practice Plus/BH/Arkansas Health Group applications.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and 3rd party vendors.
• Assist end users with software issues and questions and document resolutions.

Software Support Representative

Shift: Day

Working Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Summary:

To provide software and operational support on the various applications utilized by Practice Plus/BH/Arkansas Health Group. This includes serving as a liaison between various departments including the IT Team and 3rd party companies.

Applicants for this position must be able to demonstrate work authorization at the time of beginning employment. The employer is not currently sponsoring this position for immigration work authorization, including, but not limited to, non-immigrant work status, non-immigrant work status change of employer, or employment-based permanent residency sponsorship.
