Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related technical or analytical field.
• Demonstrated interest in technology, business processes, or product development through coursework, internships, or project work

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of software across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with product owners, business partners, and end users to understand problems and define solution approaches.
• Apply Agile principles and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Participate in technology planning, trade-off discussions, and design decisions.
• Apply and learn modern development tools and platforms (e.g. object-oriented languages, web technologies, databases, cloud services, and version control) while also contributing to design reviews, architectural discussions, and delivery planning.
• Facilitate communication of technical concepts between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with mentors and rotation managers to set goals, track progress, and reflect on learnings at the conclusion of each rotation.
• Engage in elective “lab” projects to broaden experience in areas like DevOps, UI/UX, AI/ML, and cross-functional consulting.
