Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in investment banking (Software, Business Services or Technology, Media, Telecom M&A experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or mathematics
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications and financial modelling
• An understanding of financial statements, accounting, and finance

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in meeting their financial and strategic needs
• Participate in advisory, capital raising and principal transactions, and service portfolio investments including debt and equity
