Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience; 10-15 years preferred.
• Background in software development and validation processes.
• Experience coordinating across multiple groups to hit timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and track delivery of product releases through stages.
• Define release scope, goals and deliverables.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Validation, CM and Product Engineering to meet milestones.
• Monitor and report progress to stakeholders; identify bottlenecks.
• Develop processes to improve productivity and product quality metrics.
