Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software release planning, coordination, and deployment with quality and schedule accountability
• Develop integrated release plans with dependencies, milestones, and resource forecasts across multiple teams
• Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, quality, budget, and integration risks proactively
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness through documentation and traceability management
• Provide data-driven status reporting and communicate release scope, timelines, and readiness to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in software program management, Agile environments, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex software systems across cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and release management practices
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar Agile lifecycle tools
• Understanding of FDA, ISO 13485, and IEC 62304 regulatory standards preferred
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
