About the Role

We are seeking a Software Quality Manager with strong managerial and technical skills to lead a team developing apps for qualifying new Apple technology frameworks. Join our fast-paced team and contribute to shaping products that delight millions of customers daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of quality and test automation engineers in the visionOS System Experience QA organization.
• Collaborate with QA teams across Apple to understand quality plans and ensure testing processes meet standards.
• Identify testing methodologies, communicate program quality to leadership, and drive qualification efforts.
• Analyze quality metrics, draw conclusions, and present data to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Enhance user experience quality across the system through analytical and critical thinking.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years as a Software Engineer or Quality Engineer.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and processes.
• Proven leadership in building inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Display Technologies, Rendering Pipeline, and Graphics.
• Experience increasing test coverage and enhancing test frameworks.
• Experience with HW & SW subsystem test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with automated testing pipelines and continuous integration.
• Experience with iOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS or similar OS.

Compensation & Benefits
