Role Overview

We seek a self-motivated leader with a proven track record in shipping complex system software and experiences. You will manage teams through the entire software development cycle, collaborating across Apple, defining and executing new features, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead cross-functional efforts to build features from the ground up.
2. Partner with engineering management to oversee project aspects: define, schedule, prioritize, track, and communicate status to executives.
3. Identify and mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and facilitate communication across teams and software layers.
4. Innovate processes and ideas, continuously re-evaluate workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with audio software
• 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional software projects
• Strong knowledge of software development processes
• Ability to understand technical details
• Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for different audiences
• Self-motivated, collaborative, curious, proactive, with critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in audio program management, especially in developer tools or audio systems

Pay & Benefits
