The Boeing Company is looking for a Software Quality Engineer to join our Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization in Hazelwood, Missouri.
Our team of highly motivated, customer-focused engineers’ partner with BGS programs to help develop and maintain a culture of first-time quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). As a member of this team, you have the autonomy and responsibility to work with programs to assure the process for developing, controlling, and verifying software products is planned and executed, effectively improving the quality of our software products – whether developed by Boeing or provided by suppliers.
The quality engineer will utilize their software development and process expertise to effectively guide and influence project decisions. The selected candidate must work well with minimum direction, be self-motivated, with strong written and verbal communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and maintain a psychologically safe work environment.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $83,300 - $112,700/Annually
