Software Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive a holistic and quality‑first approach to software development and delivery.
- Manage QA teams while effectively solving problems that cross product, functional and geographical boundaries.
- Provide technical direction and leadership to a team of Software Development Engineers in Test.
- Establish metrics to determine readiness, quality and operability of software, systems and products.
- Take ownership of manual and automated tests, QA processes, and day‑to‑day QA activities.
- Evangelize best practices and processes, coaching other SDETs to elevate the overall technical quality and maturity.
- Champion learning, growth, engagement, and continuous improvement for yourself and other SDETs on the team.
- Set the standard for authentic communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant QA experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with software automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience managing teams operating in an agile software development methodology.
- Ability to lead teams in solving problems, making decisions, and collaborating with peer organizations.
- Ability to assess risks and make decisions with a sense of urgency to enable teams to deliver on time.
- Mobile testing experience preferred.

Compensation
Expected base salary range: $95,100 – $176,700. Bonus eligible: Yes.
