We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The candidate will ensure product quality through meticulous testing and analysis.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and TPMs, to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with quality standards.
3. Develop automated testing tools and frameworks with focus on Python scripting.
4. Perform debugging and log analysis to identify issues.
5. Improve test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness through automation and optimization.
6. Identify and track defects within the testing scope.
7. Plan test schedules, select devices and tools, and ensure proper test coverage.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in QA handset/mobile testing or related telecommunications field (preferred).
3. Understanding of product quality management and development lifecycles.
4. Experience with TS.43 architecture and protocols such as HTTP/TCP/SIP.
5. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
6. Goal-oriented, capable of working under pressure and independently.
7. Hands-on experience with IMS provisioning, UICC, APNs, VoLTE/VoNR, RCS Messaging, and Visual Voicemail.
8. Data analytics experience is a plus.
