The SW-SQE will regularly monitor supplier performance and collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.

The candidate should also have the skills and ability to cover process quality assurance activities if required. • Establish an annual supplier audit plan, perform required audits and/or assessments, and follow-up on corrective actions resulting from audits
  • Monitor supplier performance metrics such as defect rates, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards
  • Set supplier KPI targets and establish a consolidated supplier scorecard to be reported annually
  • Drive quality improvements with suppliers based on KPI performance and scoring
  • Review supplier documentation and work products to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Prevent recurrence of quality problems by implementing corrective measures
  • Identify and document areas for improvement in supplier processes
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams (project leaders, developers, and quality assurance engineers) to ensure collaboration and clear communication
