Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Software Test Technician to support a high-volume software testing project in Seal Beach, CA. This contract role focuses on executing manual test cases, documenting results, and working with engineering to ensure quality.

You will perform functional, regression, and system testing, identify defects, and may gain basic test automation experience. On-site collaboration with QA and software/hardware teams is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of software testing, QA, or software test technician experience.
• Hands-on experience executing manual test cases and documenting results.
• Understanding of functional, regression, integration, or system testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Experience with defect/bug tracking tools such as JIRA or similar.
• Comfortable working with software in a technical or hardware-integrated environment.
• Experience with Python, Selenium, or other test automation tools is a plus, but not required.
