We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the Uphance team. In this pivotal role, you will manage end-to-end customer implementation projects while gathering and documenting software requirements to drive enhancements to our apparel management platform. This position demands an even mix of project leadership and business analysis skills. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure our solutions meet client needs and high-quality standards. Location: Remote (with overlap to Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment of expectations and successful outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and translate into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) and manage the product/project backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide training and onboarding support to new clients and ensure effective adoption of the platform.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, proactively identify risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Collect post-implementation feedback and coordinate smooth handover to Customer Success teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in a project management and/or business analysis role in a software (preferably SaaS or ERP) environment.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum project management.
• Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface between business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and overlapping with EST time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or CBAP certification.
• Experience in the apparel, fashion, or retail technology space.
• Familiarity with ERP, eCommerce integrations, or retail operations.
