Job summary

Sonos is seeking a Software Product Management Intern to join our Seattle team for an 11-week internship. You will work on cross-functional teams to design and build product features, analyze data, and document requirements.

This role emphasizes collaboration with PMs, UX, and engineering to solve customer problems and improve the Sonos ecosystem. The internship runs June through August 2027 with a 40-hour work week onsite at our Seattle office.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; expected graduation Winter 2027/2028 or Spring 2028/2029.
• Ability to work in Seattle 4 days per week during the internship period.
• Authorized to work for any US employer; visa sponsorship not offered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; concise articulation of findings.
• Experience with data tools (Excel/Sheets) and a practical approach to AI in PM work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to design and build product features.
• Understand a key customer problem or opportunity and help address it.
• Work with PMs, UX, and engineering to deliver solutions.
• Perform basic data analysis, customer research, and feedback synthesis.
• Assist in documenting user stories, requirements, and product specs.
• Prioritize and manage a feature backlog under guidance.
• Apply AI tools to speed up research synthesis, drafting, and analysis.
