Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Software Process Manager to lead process excellence for automotive embedded software. You'll define and maintain software processes and standards, and drive ASPICE Level 3 compliance across development teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 10 years in software process management, plus ASPICE and PM certifications. You will promote best practices and report risks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in software process management.
Experience with ASPICE assessments and gap analysis.
Process modeling and use of process modeling tools.
Agile Development in automotive embedded software.
Application of ALM toolchain (IBM Rational) and DOORS Next Gen.
Data analysis and reporting using Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead software development process Excellence and drive compliance to industry standards.
Define and maintain software processes and standards for internally developed EE controls.
Lead cross-functional teams to improve process effectiveness and risk management.
Provide regular reporting on process results and risks to management.
Develop roadmaps aligned to ASPICE Level 3 and organizational direction.
