Blue Origin is seeking an experienced software engineer within the Lunar Permanence unit to develop and support full-stack web applications, drive platform architecture decisions, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. You will analyze customer data to improve usage and performance while aligning with safety-critical software processes.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in computer science, computer engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software experience.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js).
• Experience constructing RESTful APIs (Python/NodeJS/Go).

Responsibilities

• Develop and support full-stack web application architecture and development efforts with minimal oversight, driving projects from inception to delivery.
• Follow direction and goals for the team regarding platform architecture and influence the feature roadmap.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across the Lunar Permanence unit, working with various discipline teams to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Collect and analyze customer data to understand and troubleshoot application usage and performance.
