Qualifications

• USPTO registration is required.
• Minimum three years of patent prosecution experience.
• Experience with software technologies such as cloud, security encryption, AI, bioinformatics, mobile apps, databases, and networking preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in preparing and prosecuting software-related patent applications.
