Qualifications

• USPTO registration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Experience with software technologies such as cloud, security encryption, AI, bioinformatics, mobile apps, databases and networking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute software-related patent applications.
• Develop and manage patent portfolios.
