Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years combined experience in software/ML engineering or applied ML with leadership.

• Ability to read code and participate in design reviews with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with software and ML leadership on execution strategy, planning, and timelines.
• Translate product and scientific ambitions into clear engineering milestones.
• Structure release readiness and deployment schedules for ML models and software.
• Read code in reviews; understand system behavior beyond Gantt charts.
• Identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution across ML, software, and hardware.
