Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied ML with a program management/engineering leadership role.
• Experience driving technical execution inside a software or ML organization.
• Fluency with modern AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, workflow builders).
• Authorized to work in the US and available on-site at Elizabeth, NJ location.

Responsibilities

• Partner with software and ML leadership on strategy, resource planning, and timeline delivery.
• Translate product and scientific ambitions into clear, actionable engineering milestones.
• Build and use AI-powered tools and workflows for progress tracking and efficiency.
• Own execution and dependency management; identify cross-functional blockers.
• Structure release readiness and deployment schedules for ML models and software systems.
• Be present in design reviews and develop deep technical intuition about Osmo's AI systems.
• Translate technical risk and timeline shifts to business and scientific stakeholders.
• Bring structure to ambiguous technical initiatives and surface risks early.
