Experience

• 84 months experience with directly managing software applications, establishing and maintaining resource schedules, and status reporting.
• 84 months experience with facilitating communication throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, including meetings between vendors and staff.
• 60 months experience with planning and managing web‑based, service‑oriented architecture applications and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• 60 months experience providing task estimates to the Project Manager.
• 60 months experience establishing priorities using information from Project and Program managers.
• 60 months experience managing the evolution and maintenance of three‑tier architecture applications.
• 36 months experience planning and implementing automated data exchange between internal and external systems.
• 36 months experience as a systems analyst, software engineer, and/or developer.
• 24 months experience managing an insurance claiming or case management application.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related field or business administration.

Certification

Certification in one of the following areas: Project Management, Business Analysis, or Quality Assurance.
