• Must have B.S. in IT, Business Administration or a related field
• Must have 12+ years of related technical experience, with five plus (5+) years of supervisory experience managing multiple team leads and technical staff
• Experience managing projects of moderate to high complexity in an IT support environment for federal clients (examples include: Help Desk, Network Operations, Infrastructure Management, Systems Support, etc)
• 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Project and other project management tools
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage diverse teams of 30+ employees and subcontractors
• Proven ability to communicate with business clients and Information Technology professionals at all levels, as well as effective interpersonal skills including consensus building, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to build the right team, starting with hiring the right people, developing, training, promoting and retaining high value employees. Developing resources to take on assignments of increased responsibility; mentoring and coaching
• Proven ability to create and execute strategies that lead to new business development
• PMP and ITIL certifications preferred
• Management of budgets, schedules and resource planning
