Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large projects, including cloud, system, and infrastructure upgrades. You will work with JD Edwards, MS Office tools, and SharePoint, coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, strong communication, and an ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Arts Degree.
• 3+ years' experience in managing and leading IT projects.
• 3+ years, experience with an SDLC, PMLC and Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with JD Edwards.
• Strong experience as a Project Manager of medium to large complex projects, including cloud, system and infrastructure type projects.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Visio) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Project Management systems.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and listening skills.
• Experience working both independently and in a team, -oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Work in office 3-days per week; in-office days may vary per Division/Department.
• Elicit cooperation from upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to learn new technologies.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and drive solutions.
• Flexible during times of change and able to read communication styles of team members and contractors from diverse disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal skills; persuasive, encouraging, and motivating; customer focused.
• Agile practice certification (CSM or comparable in good standing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead IT projects from initiation to closure.
