Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end contract development and execution for licenses, training programs and consortium agreements.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Contracts, General Counsel, Credit, Export Control, IT, and License Managers.
  • Interface with domestic and international clients, resellers, and government offices to respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to licensing procedures and internal processes.
  • Develop, draft, review, and negotiate software licensing and consortium agreements.
