Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in an IT environment.
- Experience in software procurement, licensing and renewals.
- Knowledge of tendering rules and public procurement is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct RFQs and basic market analyses for software/IT products and services.
- Structure software material category and align with contracts.
- Lead straightforward negotiations on pricing and terms.
- Draft and review standard contracts and terms and conditions.
- Ensure proper documentation in the contract management system.
- Manage software maintenance renewals and licensing agreements.
