Job summary

Codex is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Specialist to join our lean, high-impact procurement team. This role is 100% remote with Germany as the focus, owning the end-to-end PR-to-PO process in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and Security, optimize supplier onboarding, and drive procurement improvements as the company scales. 3+ years in indirect procurement and experience with Spendesk or ERP systems are pluses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in indirect procurement with full PR-to-PO ownership.
• Experience onboarding suppliers and managing procure-to-pay from requisition to payment.
• Experience in scaling tech environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
