Job summary

TD Securities is hiring Associates for its Enterprise Software Investment Banking practice in New York and San Francisco. The role focuses on financial analysis, modeling, and leading deal teams to prepare client presentations for senior bankers and clients.

You will engage in complex valuation, research, and execution work, collaborating with junior staff and cross-functional teammates to deliver strategic advice and insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a leading university.
• 2+ years in investment banking, investing, corporate development or related roles; software technology coverage preferred.
• Series 79 and 63 licenses must be obtained within four months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial and M&A modeling.
• Prepare external client proposals and internal underwriting memos.
• Prepare client presentations based on above analyses.
• Assist with client negotiations and documentation.
• Demonstrate governance, control and risk management aligned with TD policies.
