Job summary

Innoflight in San Diego is seeking a Software Integration & Test Engineering Manager to lead a skilled team responsible for integrating, validating, and automating the testing of our aerospace products from concept through production.

You’ll collaborate across Software, Hardware, FPGA, Mechanical, RF, PCB, and Systems Engineering to verify requirements, drive Python-based test automation, and mentor engineers while managing risks to keep programs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of software integration and/or test engineering experience.
• Experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• Experience developing Python-based automated testing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead software integration and test programs across development to production.
• Direct automated test initiatives and strategy.
• Collaborate across Software, Hardware, FPGA, Mechanical, RF, PCB, Systems Engineering, and Program Management.
