Job summary

SageCor Solutions is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo). You will collaborate with software developers, system administrators, PMs, and clients to deliver reliable, scalable integrations that boost productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a CS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, with TS/SCI w/ polygraph as a stated requirement.

Qualifications

Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

SIE-3 Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and have
at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing,
configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a
heterogeneous operating system environment.
OR
The individual shall have five (5) years full time Computer Science directly related work
that can be substituted for a degree and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable
experience.
OR
An industry recognized professional certification, as defined in the TT0s, may substitute
as one (1) year experience. A Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field may
substitute for two (2) years' experience.

Position Description:

The Software Integration Engineer shall be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tools and Services in support of the Atlassian’s suite of products (such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo). The Software Integration Engineer shall work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, system administrators, project managers, and mission customers to deliver seamless integrations that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Position Required Skills:

• - Experience using the Linux CLI
• - Experience writing scripts to automate tasks using Bash/Python/Groovy
• - Experience configuring and customizing the Atlassian suite of products to meet the specific needs of users and organizations
• - Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Atlassian integration failures, performance bottlenecks, or compatibility issues
• - Experience testing Atlassian integrations thoroughly to validate functionality, performance, and reliability under various conditions
• - Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand Atlassian integration requirements and mission needs

Position Desired Skills

• - Familiar with sustaining mission applications deployed in a Unix environment
• - Experience with interacting/training external customers
